Biographical

Won a competition in the Daily Mail as a child. At the Ideal Home Exhibition presented a bouquet to the Princess Royal. Made advertising films for Ovaltine Silent films include Atlantic and Roman Scandal in which she plays a prisoner. Talks of how effects were done in the silent movie days. Worked in the last silent movie Silver King in 1929. "It was not like an ordinary job" Pearl says.
