A. This site provides general information about the British Entertainment History Project, an industry-themed oral history project, and also provides access to our archive collection of oral history interviews. The site is designed for the benefit of everyone – industry professionals, researchers, students and the general public – who may have an interest in the professional lives of the men and women who have contributed to the legacy of Britain’s famed screen, broadcast and theatre heritage. A. This site is free to use. Anyone can browse the site and our archive collection of interviews. In order to access certain aspects of the site, such as individual interview recordings or contribute to comments and discussions, you just need to register. (Click here for more information.)

A. You may contact us for support by using the form on our Contact page. (Select ‘Website/Support’ from the Category drop-down menu, to ensure that your query is automatically directed to the appropriate department.) A supplementary User Guide is currently being completed, which will provide more comprehensive help. However, we are always very happy to help directly with any technical queries or issues that users may have and we will respond as soon as possible.
