Go to http://mail.google.com/ and you should see the following screen.

Enter the email address: archive@historyproject.org.uk and click ‘Next’. You will then see the following screen.

Enter the password – this is provided separately. (Please note, the password will be updated regularly for security reasons). Gmail will then load and you will see the following screen with all emails to and from archive@historyproject.org.uk.

Click on the 9 dot icon at the top right of the page (circled in red on the image above). This will take you to Google Drive.

When in Google Drive, double click on the ‘Uploads’ folder (circled in red on the image above).

When you’re in the uploads folder, you can then upload by clicking on the ‘New’ button and using the drop down menu to upload your files and folders (circled in red on the image above). Alternatively, you can drag and drop your files and folders directly into the window.
